Heart disease such as coronary heart disease, attack, congestive heart failure, and congeenital heart disease, is leading cause of death for men and women. Heart disease is a word used to describe many different conditions affecting the heart. Coronary heart disease is a common type of heart disease.Heart disease is the number one cause of death in both men and women. Heart attacks are most frequently caused by plaque buildup in the arteries, which leads to blockage of blood and oxygen flow to heart muscle. It’s important to address warning signs as soon as possible in order to prevent further complications, manage and improve your own heart health.

Angina may also be fet in the shoulders, arms, neck,throat, jaw or back.

  • palpitation (irregular heart beats or a ” flip-flop”  feeling in your chest)

  • nausea

Shortness of breath noted during activity at rest especially when you lie down flat in bed, cough that produces white sputum rapid weight gain. Swelling in ankles, legs and abdomen, dizziness,fatigue and weakness. Heart failure may not be related to how weak your heart, you may have many symptoms your heart function may be only middy weakened or may have a severely damaged heart with few or no symptoms.

Maybe diagnosed before birth, right after birth during childhood or not until adulthood.It is possible to have a defect and no symptoms at all.Adult if symptoms of congenital heart disease are present
